Statement

I am a certified Pastry Chef and Professional Chocolatier who has always marveled the beauty of decadence. I strive to make the pieces I create as much a glorious eyeful as a delectable treat. Staying away from inedible and/or unpleasant mediums (i.e. fondant), I like to incorporate a mix of unique and old-fashioned piping techniques to adorn my desserts.
