Being a member of PMU provides a space for inspiration whereby artists can connect and share ideas with each other, as well as the general public via this website. We want to help create artistic concepts that speak to and of our common goals of expressing ourselves as young artists. By providing an atmosphere that will result in creating innovative exhibitions we will push the boundaries of the current options available to emerging artists for showing their work.
Your membership fee of $60 annually, and will provide you with:
- the opportunity to be a part of a network of enthusiastic young artists who plan and organize exhibitions and workshops for the collective – which you are, of course, invited to participate in.
- an online space to showcase and sell your work
- access to appropriate information including, calls for submissions, grant/funding opportunities etc.
We plan to maintain a high level of quality, therefore images submitted are presented to a volunteer Standards Committee who jury the work and decide if the appropriate guidelines are met. It is our intent to ensure that all work promoted, exhibited and sold by PMU is of the highest standards. We want to maintain a symbiotic relationship with you, where we can contribute to the growth of your career and in turn you can help us help one another.

- 5-10 examples of your work, jpeg format
- A CV or resumé
- An Artists Statement or short introduction to who you are and the type of art you produce.
